The year 2015 has just ended not too long ago and now we are starting year 2016 on a fresh new start. I saw a picture in David Wolfe Facebook Page with this quote

“Tomorrow, is the first blank page of a 365 page book. Write a good one.” – Brad Paisley

Today, 1st January 2016, the first day of a 366 page book (2016 is a leap year, we have 29th February). Everyone of us starts the year fresh and new, for our goals and objectives, even though we might be working in a job or running a business for a short time or a long time.

Before I start to “write my” year 2016, my 366 page book, let me take a long look back at the year 2015 and do a personal reflection of my year. I had some turbulent times, angsty, a very different form of stress and pressure, some great significant moments and recognition, all in a year’s 2015 timeline.

Work and business, still learning many things, helping to run a Small Medium Enterprise (SME) business, trying my best to carry a heavy burden of 4 people workload, leading and managing staff. My greatest lessons in work for 2015 were to learn the life skills and techniques to handle people, young and old, their antics, their actions, their harmful and hurting words, the backstabbing. This special life lesson is not over and it is still ongoing.
