Our participation in the NFC SIM is another avenue for us to enhance the Samsung ecosystem beyond hardware and innovation, to enrich the total mobile experience for consumers,\u201d said Mr Eugene Goh, Vice President, IT & Mobile, Samsung Electronics Singapore.<\/em><\/p>\nIn addition to its new transit payment and top-up, the Singtel Dash app has introduced several new features:<\/p>\n
\n- Top-up from any bank account: Customers can now easily top-up their Singtel Dash balance via any bank account. This means that customers can carry the convenience of cash on their smartphones in just a few taps.<\/li>\n
- Send money overseas: Customers can send money to their friends and family in Indonesia, Philippines, India and China when they sign up for the remittance service.<\/li>\n
- Deals and rewards: Customers can access the latest deals and rewards on the app and can be notified if there is a promotion near them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Singtel Dash will also welcome Prime Taxis to its extensive taxi network with a progressive rollout starting today. The taxi payment experience has been further enhanced where customers no longer need to enter the taxi number in order to complete the payment.<\/p>\n
The Singtel Transit NFC SIM is now available at all Singtel retail stores. For a limited period, the usual S$5 EZ-Link registration fee will also be waived. New and existing Dash customers can download the new Singtel Dash app for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play. More information on Dash is available at www.dash.com.sg<\/p>\n
