I read your post about your trekking experience! I never been there before. Tell you I hate to go up mountains, even hills! I got really terrible altitude sickness when I was in Mt Huangshan n I thought I would die up there! But then, I will negotiate that with stunning mountain sceneries. XD

Altitude sickness would affect everybody climbing up the high mountains, I wasn’t spared from it too !
It’s more than just being in tip top physical condition, it also depends on your “lungs” !
Once you reached the top, the experience and sceneries are priceless !
