While we have our TPG SG mobile app to facilitate online registration and door-step delivery for SIM cards, we believe in taking an omni-channel approach where customers can choose how they want to interact with us – online or offline. We’re happy to open our conveniently located flagship store in Kaki Bukit to provide more connectivity and convenience to our customers who prefer to shop for our plans in-store.”

Besides the sale of all three of TPG’s existing mobile plans ($10 for 50GB SIM-only plan, $18 for 80GB SIM-only plan and $5 for 20GB seniors plan), the Kaki Bukit customer centre also provides timely customer service ideal for customers who prefer face-to-face sales support.
To commemorate the opening of TPG’s Kaki Bukit customer centre, the launch was kicked off with a Chinese New Year lion dance performance.
