Good or Bad Habits ?

“Old Habits Die Hard”, does this sound familiar to you ?

Well, have you ever realised that OUR LIVES are a reflection of your habits ? Not so much based on our education. Our habits controlled our behaviour and if we have possess BAD Habits, it would eventually be reflected in our daily life. 

For the more technically, scientifically and academically inclined, MIT had a research article by brain researchers on “Why Old Habits Die Hard” and it was very interesting to read up on how science and our mind can be linked. A quote from the research article, “Bad habits, though, can have a vise grip on both mind and behavior. Notoriously hard to break, they are devilishly easy to resume, as many reformed smokers discover.” …… Therefore, do you ever wonder why we always have difficulty changing our bad habits ?

In our journey towards financial freedom, if you decided to take it up, we must be cautious of such habits that could be detrimental towards your freedom and personal life too. If you do not have good or sound money habits, you would be bullied by people and surroundings, and never be in control of them and you would be pushed around for your rest of your life.
