Fellow Reds Supporters,

Liverpool FC is finally at our friendly shores of Singapore, arriving today from Bangkok. In the next few days, they would be having training sessions and commercial events across different parts of the island to meet the fans. Straits Times had printed out a nice schedule for us fanatics to know and I am expecting a huge turnout at those various venues (although some events require passes).

Friday – 24th July 2009

1330 hrs –

(1) Vivo City – Adidas Meet -The-Players Session, from Liverpool FC Official Website page, I believe the players there would be Xabi Alonso, Dirk Kuyt, Albert Riera and Emiliano Insua.

1400 hrs –

(2) Meet-The-Players Session at Courts Megastore (ONLY invited guests),  from Liverpool FC Official Website page, Javier Mascherano & Alvaro Arbeloa would be there.

(3) Carlsberg Meet-The-Players – Velocity@Novena Square, Jamie Carragher & Martin Skertel (from Straits Times), however, from Liverpool FC Official Website page, Fernando Torres might be replacing Martin Skertel.

(4) Carlsberg Meet-The-Players – Jurong Point Shopping Centre, Jose Reina & Daniel Agger (from Straits Times & Liverpool FC Official Website Page)

1900 hrs –

(5) Open Training Session at National Stadium (Passes Required)

Saturday – 25th July 2009

1330 hrs –

(6) Singapore River Cruise from Liang Court to Fullerton and returning back to Liang Court – Source : Profitable Group & Liverpool FC Official Website Page

Sunday – 26th July 2009

1900 hrs – The Grand Finale

Looking at the above Liverpool schedule, there would be 6 different opportunities to catch our favourite Liverpool players live in person, however, without passes and we can’t be at 2 locations concurrently, therefore, I would have to choose 1 of the few locations on Friday and the River Cruise on Saturday, to see them in action !
