Training Run to prepare for my Singapore Bay Run 2009

My half marathon is coming up soon, on the 16th August 2009, currently, I am pushing and training myself hard for this upcoming run. This would be my 4th Half Marathon, having completed 3 Half Marathon, I would set myself my target soon in the upcoming weeks before the run, improvement is a MUST and a time target need to be achieved.

Earlier, completed a consistent running of 4.5km around 35mins.

Not a fantastic running time, still need to get my body back to running mode and increasing my pace to achieve the target that I am planning to set for myself, application of sports science and management needs to take centre stage and start in the next few days.For 1st timers in Half Marathon, RUN YOUR OWN RACE !!
