Dell recently reopened their Dell Exclusive Store at Funan Digital Life Mall after they were given an extensive makeover to deliver a new and refreshing concept store that showcased simpler, contemporary yet bolder interior designs. On 16th May 2013, I went to the Dell’s reopening event and witnessed a grand opening to their Dell Exclusive Store with fellow friends from the social media circles. This was also a chance to catch up with friends from the Cohn & Wolfe XPR.
Aimed at creating a more consistent global brand and shopping experience for its customers, the new look takes on a distinctive customer-centric approach, complete with experience suites that allow customers to experience technology as they would in real life. The Funan store is the first Dell Exclusive Store in the world to adopt the company’s new global retail brand guidelines.
“Along with our purpose to deliver innovative products and give customers both performance and value in a single package, Dellalso places high priority in providing a fulfilling product purchase experience for our customers,” said Chue Chee Wei, managing director for Dell’s Commercial Business, Singapore and Malaysia. “Dell’s new store design brings a great shopping experience to our customers, whether you have a specific product in mind, or just casually browsing.”
We had a tour of the Dell Exclusive Store and took the chance to play with the Dell computers/laptops/tablets on display inside the Dell Exclusive Store. If you are thinking of buying a Dell computer/desktop/laptop/tablet, you can visit the Dell Exclusive Store and have a feel of the products at Dell Exclusive Store, Funan DigitaLife Mall, #03-26. The Dell Exclusive Store at Funan is open from 11am to 9pm daily, and measures 1356 square feet in floor space.
